  • Additional Event: $30 (first event is included in athlete registration)

    (all coaches must complete AAU coach certification)
  • Spectator Fee: $10 (Cash at the door)
  • Refunds: No athlete or coach registrations will be refunded

Weigh In

  • Weigh-ins will be done randomly as needed at the event.

Competition Belt Levels

  • Novice: white / yellow / orange
  • Intermediate: green / blue / purple
  • Advanced: Brown / Red
  • Black

Poomsae

  • All Sport Poomsae will be advanced to finals because participants do not meet the minimum requirement to do preliminary rounds
  • All color belts will choose one form from your designated poomsae.
  • All Black Belts will perform two poomsaes from the designated poomsae list.

Color Belt Poomsae Finals

  • Novice: Taeguk 1, 2, 3
  • Intermediate: Taeguk 4, 5, 6
  • Advanced: Taeguk 7, 8

Black Belt Poomsae Finals

  • 11 and under: T-5 / Koryo
  • 12-14: T-6 / Geumgang
  • 15-17: Koryo / Taebaek
  • 18-32: Taebaek / Pyongwon
  • 33-42: Geumgan / Shipjin
  • 43 and up: Geumgan / Shipjin

Olympic Sparring

  • Daedo Electronic Scoring will be used for all Intermediate, Advanced and Black Belt athletes.
  • All athletes must provide their own E-footgear

Point Sparring

Belt Levels & Age Divisions

Board Breaking

  • Boards must be preordered or purchased at the event for $5.00 each board (Cash Only).
  • Athletes CAN NOT bring their own boards.
  • Age Divisions: 5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11,12-14, 15-17, 17-32, 33-42, 43 and up

Speed Breaking

  • Repetitive Hand "BUZZSAW" (10 Boards) setup will be at event (must have your own feeders)
  • Repetitive Side Kick (10 Boards) (supply own holders)
  • Repetitive Spin Hook (10 Boards) (supply own holders)

Power Breaking

  • Hand & Foot (competitor chooses amount of Boards, supply own holders)

Demonstration Team

  • All members of the demo team must register individually
  • Boards must be preordered or purchased at the event for $5.00 each board (Cash Only).
  • Teams CAN NOT bring their own boards.

AAU Memberships

  • All Athletes and Coaches must be a current AAU member
  • 2025 AAU memberships require a mandatory background screening. Adult AAU memberships are no longer instant, and take 5-10 days.
  • New application screening process will impact each adult athlete/non-athlete (COACH) applicant.
  • Adult members will be screened yearly when applying for a membership as part of the membership process.
  • Applications will not be approved instantaneously, and applicants must consent to a background screening.
  • Each adult/non-athlete applicant must complete his/her own application.
  • Projected turnaround time could be 5-10 business days.
  • You will not be able to participate in any AAU practices or authorized events until you have received your membership.
  • Youth Athlete memberships will process instantly.
  • All coaches must have a Blue Coaches Polo. Available for order at AAMA
  • Referees must attend and complete the online referee course and in-person referee seminar (hand signals) in order to officiate at this event.
  • Coaches must also have taken a coach's online course by the time of registration for the coaching credentials.
